Territory Sales Manager – Wireless

Chicago, IL

Cellucom is looking to grow our market share in the Northern Chicago area and lower Wisconsin with the addition of a Territory Sales Manager. 

A Territory Manager is responsible for building relationships with our current local prepaid wireless dealer and growing their territory by bring new wireless dealers into the Cellucom family. The TM will provide B2B sales, education, marketing and promotional support to the distribution channel to assist in driving the customer’s sales.

Territory Managers will also track dealers’ performance and provides all necessary administrative support. Clearly communicates all changes in products, services, and procedures in a timely manner. Encourages dealers to take advantage of current promotions and incentives through education. 

Local travel required 100% of the time. Regional travel may be required based on business needs & growth. Position reports to Regional Area Manager.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS 

  • 3 years of Outside Sales/Account management experience 

  • Lead generations experience is a plus 

  • Ability to identify sales leads, encourage up-selling in a professional manner, 

  • Offer customer education

  • Ability to interact and relate with persons of various social, cultural, economic and educational backgrounds

  • Willing to take initiative and be creative 

  • Valid driver’s license in good standing 

  • Must have and use own, reliable vehicle for the job. Car allowance is provided. 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience 

  • Willing to work outside your comfort zone 

  • Complete a criminal background check 


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 

  • B2B Field /Territory Sales 

  • Knowledge of prepaid wireless industry and target locations 

  • Extensive knowledge of Northern Chicago and lower Wisconsin area 


WE OFFER 

  • Training on company’s products, services and operations 

  • Annual Salary $33,000 to $35,000 plus monthly performance-based commission and bonus
